Our story began with a shared vision from longtime Loveland residents, John and Ellie Kowalchik. After 25 years of building successful businesses and raising their family in the community they love, they saw an opportunity to bring something new to the game—and to Loveland.
Why We Started
Like many local golfers, John and Ellie found themselves frustrated by how often Ohio’s unpredictable weather cut golf seasons short. So they asked a simple question: Why should golf be limited by the forecast? That question became the seed for Fore Seasons Golf.
As lifelong Loveland golfers, we wanted to create a place where players could enjoy the game year-round, no matter the forecast. That idea became Fore Seasons Golf a community built around accessibility, fun, and connection.
