Do you offer golf lessons?
Although we don’t have a designated Golf instructor, you are welcome to reserve a bay for your instructor to provide a private lesson for you. We encourage golf instructors that are seeking a facility to conduct lessons to contact us directly to set up a special pricing arrangement.
How long does indoor golf take?
It depends. Using the default auto-putt selection and game settings, an 18 holes course typically takes one player one hour to play. If there are 4 players, on an 18 hole course, expect to play for 3-4 hours. High handicap players, can take longer, particularly if selecting the longer Tee Box settings. Manual putting can extend games significantly.
Can I extend my session?
Yes, provided that there is no other booking on your bay for the desired extended time. The extended time should be booked on-line in the same manner as the existing reservation. Provided that the same customer who booked the original reservation, books the extended time, the session will continue without interruption. Note – You must book the extend PRIOR to end of the session or the Bay will be unavailable until the next “half-hour time slot”.
What is the cancelation policy?
A Fore Seasons credit will be issu-d for any cancellations within 24 hour of your booking time. This can be done by you on-line when you sign into your account. Cancelations within 24 hours will not qualify for any credit or refund.
How accurate is the simulator?
The Trackman I/O simulator is the most accurate simulator on the market delivering over 90% precision on metrics including distance, ball speed and spin rate. It is used by tour professionals and instructors to provide consistent and accurate data and flight simulation, replicating what would be expected on an actual course.
What should I wear?
Appropriate golf attire is requested. No open toed shoes including flip flops or sandals. Golf Spikes are prohibited.
How does simulated golf work?
TrackMan simulated golf works by combining high-speed radar tracking with 3D course simulation software so you can play or practice indoors with realistic ball flight and course conditions. Dual Doppler radar measures the ball’s launch conditions – things like speed, launch angle, spin rate, and direction. It also captures club delivery data – club path, face angle, attack angle, and more. Using measured launch data, it calculates the exact 3D flight path your ball would take outdoors, factoring in gravity, air density, wind (if enabled), and spin decay. When you hit a shot, your ball’s simulated flight is displayed instantly on the screen, showing carry distance, total distance, and shot dispersion.
Can I bring my own Food and Drinks?
Yes. You can bring your own refreshments and even order in delivered food to the facility. There are refrigerators in each bay to keep you beverages icy cold. We do ask that you dispose cans, bottles and other trash in the recycling and trash receptacles located throughout the facility before you leave. Remember to empty the Bay refrigerator before you leave.
Can I rent clubs?
Players are strongly encouraged to use you own clubs. One set of clubs (2 if left and right hand golfers in your group) are all that is required to play. Upon request, we do have a few sets of used clubs available if you do not have your own. Call the facility if you wish to make arrangements.
How do I access the facility?
When you complete your on-line booking, you will receive an access code to the facility that you will enter using the Keypad located in the lobby of the facility that will unlock to door within 15 minutes of your start time. Hit the arrow button after you enter the 6 digit code. You will also receive a 4 Digit lock screen pin that will unlock the screen in your assigned bay upon you entering the code on or after you assigned start time. Note – This code won’t be accepted until your assigned start time.
