Once you arrive

Arrive a few minutes early. Enter through the main lobby using your 6-digit door code up to 15 minutes before your tee time (keypad is left of the FSG entrance).

Use hallway coat hooks for outerwear and place your clubs next to the computer station in your bay.

Refrigerators are available for drinks; use your bay table for snacks or food. Coffee is complimentary near the sink.

At tee time, unlock the simulator by entering your 4-digit code on the computer. Log in via the Trackman App (Quick Login) or manually with your email and password. You can also sign in as Guest if you prefer.
Choose Practice, Courses, Games, or Tournaments from the main screen. Check out tutorials on YouTube or Google to explore software features.
If the projector is off, use the white remote near the computer — point it at the ceiling projector and press the blue button twice.

Control the TV in your bay with the Direct TV remote attached there.
 The music volume is fixed, but you can change the station using the remote near the sink (press Guide and select a channel).

Before leaving, clean up your area and dispose of any trash — bins are available throughout the facility.
